01 · Who you're talking to
When you email Broad Precision, you reach Will Xu — the export engineer who quotes your parts, walks the floor with your inspector, and stays on the order until it clears customs. No agent chain, no account manager who has never seen a lathe. Engineering answers in plain English, usually within hours, always within 24.
02 · What we run
Our floor in southern China runs 20+ CNC machines: Swiss-type sliding-headstock lathes for slender and stepped parts, CNC turning centers, and 3/4/5-axis machining centers for complex milled work — plus a sheet metal line and in-house surface finishing downstream. Around USD 280K of monthly output, built for the 1-piece prototype that grows into a repeat production order.
03 · How we handle quality
We don't have an ISO 9001 certificate to frame — and we won't paper over it. What we have instead: a first-article inspection report in every box, third-party inspectors welcome any time, a live video walk-through of the floor before you commit, an NDA signed before your files arrive, and a willingness to machine one piece first so you can judge the work. We think a measured part is a stronger argument than a framed certificate, and our repeat customers — hardware startups, robotics teams, industrial equipment builders in the US and EU — have agreed.
04 · Who we serve best
Teams that need complex parts without a minimum order: prototype runs that must survive into production unchanged, slender turned parts that other shops re-chuck twice, housings and plates that need anodizing or plating under one PO. If a feature is better machined another way — or better not machined at all — our quote will say so.
